Akton are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants specialising in temporary recruitment.
We are a leading recruitment agency with a strong track record of connecting top talent with reputable businesses across a wide range of industries. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping us continue to grow our business and expand our reach.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for temporary placements across a range of industries
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Developing a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and their hiring needs
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate screening, interviewing, and placement
To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
Previous recruitment experience is not required - we will provide you with comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
