My client, a cutting-edge technological start-up, is looking for an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their team of problem solvers. They create Mobile Digital Out-Of-Home advertising , using innovative software and their own patented hardware.

With the help of patented hardware and cutting-edge software, their ground-breaking technology platform enables Mobile Digital Out-of-Home (MDOOH) advertising to be applied to moving assets and allows real-time control of digital media inventory across networks. As a result, content and information tailored to a location, time, and audience are delivered, providing situational relevancy for advertisers.

You will have the opportunity to build and design products that will be shown on a huge global stage for the world to see. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Embedded Systems Engineer, and you must be prepared to challenge the limits of what you believe is possible.

Essential requirements

  • Bachelors degree, or higher, In electronic engineering or a related field
  • Proven application of PCB layout and sound hardware design including at least 4 layer and FPC designs
  • 8years commercial experience with digital circuit design
  • Experience with DFMA and DFT
  • Experience with USART, CAN, SPI, I2C I80 protocols
  • Experience with wireless technologies such as BLE of WiFi
  • Experience with both creating and reviewing PCB documentation (fabrication and assembly drawings_
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience taking an idea from idea creation, all the way through to production
  • Proficiency in PCB design software

Bonus Points

  • Experience with hand-soldering, cable harnessing or other hands-on assembly
  • FPGA development
  • Experience working in the motorsport or automotive industry
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with C#.NET
  • A knowledge of IPC standards
