Akton are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for a HIU/Meter Technician to join their team in Barnet.
Responsibilities
- Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
- Remedial works on the HIU
- General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,
- HIU Maintenance
- Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
- Bleeding radiators
- Replacing Heat Meters
- Servicing and repair of Chilled interface Units.
Requirements
- HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and hard working
- Plumbing Qualifications and experience
- Basic Electrical knowledge/qualifications an advantage
- A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines
